Phase 1

Research & Development

  • Strategically determine Clients needs and objectives.
  • Hold brainstorming sessions with Client personnel.
  • Examine various equipment and materal options.
Phase 2

Concept & Design

  • Initiate appropriate layouts and schemes.
  • Develop floor plans, photo realist renderings and scaled models based on
    approved layouts.
  • Present multiple concepts and layouts as well as materials
    and color palletes.
Phase 3

BID Package

  • Develop bid package inclusive of all written specifications, interior identification
    drawings, renderings and data gathered.
  • Submit package to qualified contractors.
  • Award contract.
Phase 4

Construction

  • Work with contractor to establish a construction schedule and review allengineering documents with contractors and vedors.
  • On-site inspection of construction and instillation.
  • Liaison with contractors and vendors.
  • Handover to Client.
