Research & Development |
- Strategically determine Clients needs and objectives.
- Hold brainstorming sessions with Client personnel.
- Examine various equipment and materal options.

| Phase 2
Concept & Design |
- Initiate appropriate layouts and schemes.
- Develop floor plans, photo realist renderings and scaled models based on
approved layouts.
- Present multiple concepts and layouts as well as materials
and color palletes.

| Phase 3
BID Package |
- Develop bid package inclusive of all written specifications, interior identification
drawings, renderings and data gathered.
- Submit package to qualified contractors.
- Award contract.

| Phase 4
Construction |
- Work with contractor to establish a construction schedule and review allengineering documents with contractors and vedors.
- On-site inspection of construction and instillation.
- Liaison with contractors and vendors.
- Handover to Client.
