Phase 3

Engineering

  • Release detailed CAD, BOM, CTF data.
  • Review COGS with manufacturing network.
  • Complete engineering analysis and design verification testing.
  • Initiate agency submissions.
  • Identify service needs and considerations.
  • Design and quality reviews.
Phase 4

Production

  • Support production launch
  • Evaluate manufacturing variation requests
  • Execute engineering and manufacturing change orders
  • Benchmark and refine production process
